We grade using advanced AI technology to meet or exceed the advertised size, however natural variation can occur due to seasonal and growing conditions. Our focus is always on quality and eating experience.
The size refers to the diameter of the cherry in millimeters. A 30mm cherry is considered large and offers an excellent balance of size, flavour and value.
30mm cherries are slightly smaller than 32mm cherries but still large, sweet, and premium. 32mm cherries are rarer and more visually impressive, which is why they are priced higher, and less available.
