Delivery and tracking

Pure Otago Cherries operates on a pre-order sales model which allows the customer to select the desired delivery date from an available list. We will endeavour to ensure that the cherries are delivered to you on this date. 

Pure Otago Cherries uses the NZ Post Overnight Perishable Service which gives high priority delivery to fresh goods.

Please note that NZ Post DOES NOT deliver perishable goods to PO Box addresses. 

Your items are shipped the day before your selected delivery date and sent with this overnight service. As such, tracking information will only be made available to you the evening before your delivery. 

Completion of your order is subject to availability, which includes the availability of fruit being ready to pick as well as the operational capacity of NZ Post.

To track your order please visit NZ Post Track and Trace and enter the tracking number which was contained in your dispatch confirmation email.
